June 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, July 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 (5 weeks – 10 classes)
Join Missy for a 45-minute Circuit Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the months of June and July. We will be doing squats, lunges, pushups, sit-ups and planking. All body weight movements tabata style and to music. It will be crazy fun!! Open to men and women.
