The Covenant Prayer Teams seek to build a network of guidance and support for our church, its members and ministries through prayer. Being a prayer team member means actively and continually seeking God in prayer on behalf of our church so that we can fulfill our mission of "Leading people to Christ, Equipping people in Christ, and Sending People for Christ."

Monday Prayer Team
Volunteers meet on Mondays to pray for specific requests and for individuals in need of prayer. Each individual for whom prayer is given is also sent a note. We also pray for our pastors, our ministries and the church as a whole.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. -- Ephesians 6:18

Holy Week Prayer Team
During Holy Week, this prayer team prays for each member of Covenant by name.

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion, until the day of Christ Jesus. -- Philippians 11:3-6

Special Events Prayer Team
The members of this prayer team serve as prayer partners with each ministry of the church in order to pray for that ministry, the people involved, and that the ministry will be to God's glory. In this way we hope to hold all of the people and the works of our church up to God in prayer.
