We offer multiple worship experiences and programs to meet the needs of all ages. A very important quality of our church is that we are creative and flexible. Covenant is not afraid to step out in faith and risk new approaches to ministry to attract and reach those who need the transforming love of Christ.
With one traditional and two progressive services on Sunday, we offer a variety of worship experiences. The same message is offered at all 3 services, including our evening service. This design reaches people who have to work on Sunday mornings and others who may be returning to town from weekend travels. Through sermon series such as "How to Enjoy the Rest of Your Life" "God’s Extreme Makeover" and "Living Beyond Your Fears" many are being equipped practically to live for Christ. Covenant’s current membership tops 2000. In 2004 Covenant observed its 25th anniversary. The church was officially chartered on September 16, 1979. Eighty-three people were officially received as charter members. Our Christian Life Center opened in May of 2003 and has approximately 33,000 sq. ft. Included in the building is a gym, a walking track, game area, fitness room, and 14 classrooms. A large room upstairs is used for Fountain (our youth praise and worship service). Through ongoing programs and special events, our Christian Life Center offers fellowship and recreation to the community. Our new sanctuary opened for worship on Easter Sunday last year (2009). It has a seating capacity of 1,050 with state of the art audio and video components (including a pipe organ). Our former sanctuary has been renovated into a Worship Center that the Children's Ministry uses for their dynamic and energetic worship services, SURGE and Kidtricity.
